1. EVERY NEW CLIENT NEEDS TO BOOK A FREE FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION.
2. ONLY BOOK A CONSULTATION ONCE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE COLOUR OF YOUR HAIR (AFTER DYE) TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT COLOUR MATCH.
3. 1/3 OF TOTAL COST MUST BE PAID AS A DEPOSIT TO SECURE FITTING APPOINTMENT.
4. ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID, I WILL ORDER YOUR TAPE IN EXTENSIONS.
5. HAIR WILL ARRIVE NEXT DAY IF ORDERED BEFORE 3PM (EXCLUDING SUNDAYS).
6. IN THE SPECIAL EVENT OF AN OFFER, APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PAYING DEPOSIT.
7. THE REMAINING COST IS PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR #TAPEINTRANSFORMATION.
8. CONSULTATIONS CAN BE BOOKED HERE. FITTINGS WILL BE ARRANGED & BOOKED IN PERSON. TEXT OR DM US TO BOOK MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS.

REMOVE & REFIT SERVICES:
1. NON-CLIENTS ~ I CAN REMOVE TAPE IN EXTENSIONS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED ELSEWHERE. DM ME HOW MANY TAPES YOU HAVE AND IF THERE IS ANY MATTING.
2. AS PART OF THE CLEAN WAVE CAMPAIGN, I WILL RECYCLE ANY UNWANTED HAIR EXTENSIONS AFTER REMOVAL.
3. NON-CLIENTS ~ I CAN FIT BRAND NEW TAPE IN EXTENSIONS ALREADY PURCHASED (I WILL ALWAYS OFFER MY HONEST ADVICE BUT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INACCURATE SHADES / AMOUNT).
4. AN EXTRA £10 IS CHARGED FOR FITTING IF TAPE IN EXTENSIONS AREN'T BRAND NEW & NEED RE-TAPING. YOU MUST POST / DROP OFF EXTENSIONS SO I CAN RE-TAPE BEFORE FITTING APPOINTMENT.
5. NON-CLIENTS ~ I DO NOT OFFER FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE UNLESS I REMOVE OLD EXTENSIONS & FIT WITH MY HAIR EXTENSION SUPPLIER. THIS WOULD COST 1X REMOVAL PLUS 1X TAPE IN TRANSFORMATION.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:
1. PLEASE BE 100% CERTAIN ON DATE & TIME TO AVOID CHARGES / DISAPPOINTMENT.
2. RESCHEDULING: DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT UNTIL NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF FURTHER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER PAYING DEPOSIT, FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TO SECURE NEW DATE OR WILL BE CLASSED AS A CANCELLATION. SEE BELOW.
3. CANCELLATIONS: PERMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PAYING DEPOSIT. 50% OF DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
4. FOR OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS maintenance, PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE.
CONSULTATIONS

THIS WILL INVOLVE A 30 MIN CHAT WHERE I CAN:
NOTE: I WILL ONLY COMPLETE AN ONLINE COLOUR MATCH FOR THOSE TRAVELLING OUTSIDE OF NEWCASTLE AS THIS PROCESS TAKES A LOT LONGER FOR ME TO ENSURE THE RIGHT SHADES ARE CHOSEN.
MAINTENANCE
WHILE THE CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS WILL LAST UP TO 9 MONTHS+ DEPENDING ON COLOUR, AFTERCARE, HEAT STYLING ETC - THE ADHESIVE TAPE THAT HOLDS THE EXTENSIONS IN LASTS 6-8 WEEKS.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BOOK YOUR MAINTENANCE WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME.
ONLY IF YOUR HAIR GROWS OUT SLOWLY, MAINTENANCE CAN BE UP TO 10 WEEKS HOWEVER, BE AWARE THAT AFTER THE RECOMMENDED TIME, SOME TAPES MAY SLIP OUT IN THE SHOWER.
MAINTENANCE IS CARRIED OUT IN 2 APPOINTMENTS. THE COST COVERS FULL SERVICE.
1ST APPOINTMENT: REMOVAL OF TAPES WHICH INVOLVES A HAIR OIL TREATMENT & A POT OF CLEANSING SHAMPOO FOR YOU TO TAKE HOME WITH YOU.
2ND APPOINTMENT: RE-FITTING OF HAIR EXTENSIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN WASHED & RE-TAPED.
YOU MUST ARRIVE TO YOUR REFIT APPOINTMENT WITH FRESHLY WASHED HAIR WITH NO PRODUCT.
* FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE BOOKINGS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MY CLIENTS.
* THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR BAD CASES OF MATTING CAUSED BY OVERDUE MAINTENANCE.
